Frankie Freeman, 69, stands by the wing of a 747 that was pulled over by the CHP nine miles shy of its destination, the Camarillo airport, last night on the Conejo grade. Freeman said that the permit to transport the wide load expired last night at midnight. According to Freeman, the wing is part of a 747 that will be made into a home.
