Ventura County Sheriff's Department Search and Rescue Diver Dominique Evans-Bye, enters the water in search of 16-year-old Victor Mendez Ortiz who was swept from the rocks of Point Mugu. The family of the Oxnard boy witnessed him getting knocked into the surf while fishing off the cliffs on Saturday morning.
